Concept: French Modern Country

We are so excited to be working on a project we are calling French Modern Country. It’s going to be a blend of classic and warm finishes that you would expect to find in the French countryside paired alongside more modern elements like black metal details and light fixtures. We are working on the architectural plans incorporating these different details on the exterior and bringing them into the home. Stay tuned as we develop this concept more.

We are discussing the various materials and colors for the exterior design of the home. We are locked into certain material types for the neighborhood so we know that the majority of the house will be a white stucco with white limestone accents. The roof will be tile but we will select a design that is more modern in style versus the traditional clay tile roof you see on traditional mediterranean homes. We have collected images that show texture, colors and shapes as well as more traditional lanterns we want to flank the entrance with. Much more to come on this one!
